For Sellers
How do I create a listing?
After logging in, navigate to "Create Listing" in your account menu. Fill out the required information about your item, including title, description, reserve price, and upload clear photos. Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed and typically appears in the "Pending" section within 24 hours.
What is a reserve price?
A reserve price is the minimum amount you're willing to accept for your item. Bids below this amount won't result in a sale, even if they're the highest bid when the auction ends. This protects sellers from having to sell items below their desired price.
What fees does Bring A Case! charge?
Bring A Case! charges a 5% fee on successful sales. This fee is calculated based on the final selling price. There are no listing fees or charges for unsuccessful auctions.
For Buyers
How do I place a bid?
To place a bid, navigate to the listing you're interested in and enter your bid amount in the bidding section. Your bid must be higher than the current highest bid (or the starting price if there are no bids yet). Once submitted, you'll receive a confirmation of your bid.
What happens if I win an auction?
If you're the highest bidder when an auction ends and your bid meets or exceeds the reserve price, you'll receive a notification that you've won. You'll then be directed to complete the payment through our secure payment system. Once payment is confirmed, the seller will ship the item to you.
How is shipping handled?
Shipping details are specified by the seller in each listing. Typically, shipping costs are added to the final purchase price. We recommend reviewing the shipping information before placing a bid to understand delivery timeframes and any additional costs.
